Free Shipping 

We are pleased to offer free delivery on pre paid orders. 

This means that you can enjoy our exquisite jewelry pieces without any additional shipping costs.

Express shipping additional costs

Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team will begin processing it promptly. For readymade products, please allow 2-3 working days ( excluding Saturday and sunday ) for order processing.
If you have ordered a made-to-order product, such as carved crystal collection,bracelets or necklaces please allow 3-4 working days for processing.

In some cases, if additional time is required, we will inform you accordingly.

If you require a faster shipping service, such as Fastrack or express delivery, please note that additional shipping costs may apply.

Incomplete Deliveries:

Tarakaya silver is not responsible for failed deliveries in the following cases:

Customer providing the wrong or incomplete shipping address. Kindly write the address in brief with all the details. 
Customer providing incorrect contact information (phone/email) – this prevents our logistic partner from being able to clear packages. 
Failure to pick up package from carrier location after one or two logged delivery attempts by carrier.

Re delivery charges will be on customer 

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4-7 working days( except sat & sun )depending on your location.

However, please keep in mind that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as local postal services, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for the delays . 

We kindly request that you wait for at least 8-10 working days from the dispatch / Shipping date before raising any concerns regarding the delivery.

 In some cases, the delivery may have been received by a family member or security guard without your knowledge, so we recommend checking with them first.

International Orders

• International deliveries usually take 10 -15 working days from the date of dispatch• Standard shipping charges apply
• Please note that custom duties, if applicable, are not included

•Dispatch time - 7-8 working days 

 

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Kindly note that Partial COD is not available for personalised orders / Pre orders and international shipments

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE / CART VALUE IS ₹1000/- FOR COD ELIGIBILITY. 
Maximum order value -₹8k .

Policy Information:
• The advance amount paid for Partial COD is non-refundable in all circumstances
• In case an order is returned due to failed delivery, incorrect contact details, or unavailability at the time of delivery, we will be happy to assist you with a re-dispatch option
• For re-dispatch, the following will be applicable:
✔ Remaining order balance (to be prepaid)
✔ Re-Shipping charges applicable.
We will pay shipping only for one time . 

• Please note that re-dispatched orders are processed only on a prepaid basis (COD will not be available)
• We kindly request you to ensure that your address and contact number are accurate to avoid any delivery issues
• If a COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery, it will be considered as a cancelled order by the customer. 
• All COD orders are dispatched only after confirmation

• Make sure Delivery person mark it delivered in front of you ! When you pay the cash .

ADDITIONAL-

We use Different couriers,  please contact us just after placing the order if you have any issue regarding the shipment company or branch- 
For any other courier service charges applicable accordingly! 

During festive times or Holiday delays are expected order accordingly! No Rush please ! 

Courier company ( 3rd party) unforeseen delays are unexpected and we won’t be responsible for any delays in case sort address, wrong details, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances

• Our priority is to ship the product on given time

•If you will have /had any conversations with courier branch or their customer service by your own you will be responsible ! 
We won’t be responsible for any scams , lies or delays ! 
We try our best to delivery our products on time safely that’s our main concern. 

• Please recheck the address and pin-code while placing the order - If any courier gets returned bcs of customer’s error then customer has to pay for the Re- delivery fee • We pay only for one time delivery attempt for Any re shipping customer needs to pay courier charges appx -₹150 for one way. 

•We won’t be entertaining any queries for delivered products without Unboxing video ( without any cut - no edits)
