1. Product Availability and Description
At Tarakaya Silver, we strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our jewelry pieces. However, please note that the actual product may slightly differ in appearance due to variations in lighting and natural variations in crystals.
We maintain the originality in our photographs to the utmost extent, but it's important to embrace the beauty of their natural variations.
There is no Ai or an extra enchantments . Product pics are real .
Crystals are natural and variations will be there!
2. Ordering and Shipping
Once you place an order, it will take 2-3 working days ( Saturday and Sunday or holidays not incl ) for order processing of readymade products. For made-to-order products like bracelets, it will take 3-4 working days (you will be informed if it will take more time). We offer free delivery and currently ship through Shiprocket, Shree Maruti, Delhivery Courier, and Indian Speed Post. If you require faster shipping, express services are available at an additional cost.
The estimated delivery time is 4-7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. However, please note that delays may occur due to local postal services, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. We kindly request that you wait for at least 8-10 working days from the dispatch date before raising any concerns regarding the delivery. Please also check with your family members or security guard in case they received the parcel on your behalf.
3. Returns and Refunds
At Tarakaya Silver, we do not offer returns or refunds unless there has been severe damage (or very different from what’s shown in the pics) during the shipping process.
In case a defective product ( different or severe damaged won’t be considering handmade variations ) has arrived, we accept returns with a full refund, but it is mandatory to send an unboxing video of the package.
Return the product without use in same condition safely properly packed.
No claims will be accepted without the unboxing video. If an incorrect item has been sent, we will require photos/videos of the package, items, and invoice to rectify the mistake.
Please note that you must ship the incorrect item back to us before we send the correct item within 48hrs.
After receiving the products we will be able to proceed .

2. Real silver is naturally waterproof & Tarnishing is a natural process!
But it really depends on the stone and how the piece is designed.
So even though a little water won’t hurt, it’s always better to take care of your jewellery avoid long showers, harsh chemicals, or tossing it around.
A little love goes a long way in keeping it shiny & strong.

12. Courier company ( 3rd party) unforeseen delays are unexpected and we won’t be responsible for any delays in case sort address, wrong details, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances • Our priority is to ship the product on given time •
If you will have any conversations with courier branch or their customer service by your own you will be responsible !
We won’t be responsible for any scams , lies or delays !
We try our best to delivery our products on time safely that’s our main concern.
13. Please recheck the address and pin-code while placing the order - If any courier gets returned bcs of an error or unavailability then customer has to pay for the Re- delivery fee • We pay only for one time delivery attempt .
After shipment also if you need to change the address re delivery fee applicable and it will take time .
If you are out of station or any emergency is there and you won’t be there to collect pls contact us immediately before RTO .
14. We won’t be entertaining any queries for delivered products without Unboxing video ( without any cut - no edits)
